Why would someone ever commit suicide? Is their life really that bad? 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher lets you into the mind of a girl that couldn't handle her life anymore. Clay Jensen has just recieved a package with several cassete tapes inside. By listening to them he learns why Hannah Baker, a girl who commited suicide, decided to end her life. The tapes give 13 reasons why Hannah made her decision, with each reason having to do with a different person. Each person on the tapes will recieve the package that will tell them what important role they played in Hannahs life and her decision. This is a great book to read. It keeps you wondering what role each person played in Hannahs decision.
